Team Captain’s Meeting: 8am on deck of NYSEF Building at Whiteface
Bib Pickup/Registration/Bib Drop Return Information: Bib/ticket pickup will be at the NYSEF Building at Whiteface from 8:15-8:45 am. Athletes must be ready to ski at 9:00 am sharp!
Schedule of events:
Morning (9:00-11:30 am): Groups will be randomized with coaches from attending clubs to lead each group in a “all-mountain Vertical Challenge”. Use Free App: Ski Tracks Lite
Lunch (11:30-12:00 pm)
Afternoon (12:00-2:30 pm): Kombi Race on Lower Thruway
Inspection: 12:15-12:45 pm.
Three runs, back to back: 1:00-2:30 pm. 1st run: bib order, 2nd run butterfly, 3rd run reverse. One start list, randomized (with both boys and girls).
Coach Tickets: All coaches must be listed on the approved NYSSRA Coach List AND register in Adminskiracing.
Parent Lift Tickets: Discount Vouchers Available at NYSEF, $89 Weekends.
Awards: Top 5 medals, Top 10 recognized. Results are based on the best 2 of 3 runs by “place points”. Ties are broken by the single best run “place point”. Team Award: Most Vertical Feet logged between 9:00-11:30
Protest Fee: $50 ($100 for equipment)
