Thursday, Feb. 2
9 am – 4 pm – Model Course open at Mt. Van Hoevenberg, south side of Bobsled Lane.

Participants must park in main parking lot at the end of Bobsled Lane. Pre-registered participants may ski free of charge, providing they have their ESG credentials with them. All other skiers, family members, etc. must buy a Van Ho day pass in the Mountain Pass Lodge.
Model course will be set up on south side of Bobsled Lane.
Participants may not ski on embargoed area north of Bobsled Lane.
Waxing facilities available near the main parking area.


Friday, Feb. 3
9 am – noon – Model Course open at Mt. Van Hoevenberg – see notes above.
Participants must park in main parking area at end of Bobsled Lane up to 11 am.

11 am – Check-in for Sprint event at old Biathlon building on Bobsled Lane.
1 pm – Sprint Event

Shortly after turning off Rte 73 you’ll pass under the “Welcome to Van Hoevenberg” bridge – parking is in the first lot on your right past the bridge. Washrooms available in the Biathlon building. Waxing facilities near main parking lots at end of Bobsled Lane (near Mountain Pass Lodge). Participants may ski from waxing huts to race venue but must use Flatlander Trail from old cross country lodge and must cross Bobsled Lane via the bridge near the race venue. Participants may not cross under Bobsled Lane via either of the 2 tunnels as this will put them onto the race course.


Saturday, Feb. 4
9 am – Check in for Middle Event at Dewey Mt, Saranac Lake.
11 am – Middle Course Mass Start

Parking in lot off Rte 3 and check-in inside main lodge. Washrooms available in lodge; waxing facilities available in adjacent building.


Sunday, Feb. 5
9 am – Check in for Long Event at Paul Smiths VIC, Paul Smiths, NY
10:30 – Start of Long Event

Parking in main lot off Rte 30; check in in Heron Marsh Gallery in main lodge. Washrooms available in lodge; waxing facilities available in adjacent building.
